Shipping and Returns Information

Shipping:

Orders from Milani are carefully processed and despatched within 1-3 business days. We offer various delivery options for your convenience.

UK Delivery:

• Enjoy FREE DELIVERY on all UK orders over £20.
• Choose from the following delivery methods at checkout:
  • 48 Tracked - £3.50 to £6.50 (2-4 business days after despatch)
  • 24 Tracked - £4.00 to £7.50 (1-3 business days after despatch)

International Delivery:

We do provide International Shipping services to the USA, Canada and EU. International buyers are responsible for any  customs fees and taxes.

Returns:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Returns Eligibility:

• We accept returns within 30 days for the UK customers of the purchase date and offer you a full refund or the option to exchange, although this will depend on stock levels.
• For international customers we are offering refund only with a proof of demage or lost parcel.
• If you have had a change of heart or are not satisfied with the product, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage. However, we will gladly provide a full refund for the product.
• We use tightly sealed boxes, and while minor cracking may occur, it's an intentional part of our process. This cracking ensures that the fragrance, when you melt our product, reaches its maximum possible intensity.
• All our wax melt products and candles are meticulously crafted using natural soy wax. When you open the wax melts box or remove the candle lid, you may observe natural imperfections, which can manifest as minor cracks or minor frosting.
• Returns are accepted for the following:
• Items that have arrived damaged.
• Faulty wax warmers.
• Broken candle jars.

Return Process:

• If your product arrives faulty or broken, we will reimburse your postage costs upon receiving your parcel. Proof of postage is required.
• Returns must be made in the original packaging for a refund.
• A full refund may take up to 14 working days to process.
• To initiate a return, email info@milanicandles.com with your order number, issue details, and supporting photos.

 

Return Address:

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sample pots (for sampling larger products).
• Minor surface cracks on wax melts
• The item has been opened and damaged
• Used or partially used wax melts and candles.
• Wax melts or candles disliked due to scent preference.
• Subscription boxes.

Lost Orders:

• If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of UK despatch and tracking hasn't updated, we'll arrange a replacement.
• For internationl orders: if your order hasn't arrive within 30 days of UK despatch and tracking hasn't updated, we will arrange a refund.
